I bought the gold FE anniversary model from Trax in anticipation of them doing the same for the FC, so that I would have a pair of golden anniversary cars. Unfortunately Trax has seen fit not to release a gold FC - they gave us a red and white one instead - hardly befitting a golden anniversary, imo.
I would still like to have the golden pair, so I contacted them and asked the question. Not planned.
So, if you're like me and want a gold FE & FC pair, go to their website and ask for it. If there's enough demand, they might just do it. It seems the gold FE sold out pretty smartly, so I would think that there would be a good market for the gold FC - but we've gotta tell them.
