We have a brand new set of Black and White Victorian rego.Plates that we got about 20 years ago to replace on an FJ we had but before they were put on it went up in flames.Can we use them when we rereg.our fc?

Of course - why not? If Vic Roads sold them to you as a valid registration plate, then they can be used on any car you like.
