Les, yes, pretty sure most would agree that there is a call for these yes, left & right yes, same across all FE-FC model range I can provide you with a reasonable second hand sample pair of these
Craig Alderson had a sucessful go at making a pair of these from scratch, I followed his method & also made a pair but it would be lot easier to just buy them ready made.

My suggestion would be the door channel rubber (in the door glass lifter channel) the glass sits in at the base of the wind up/windows,

Ken Mclean Was kind enough to supplier samples of the following 48,50,FJ,FE,FC,FB 7418903 LINK WIPER ON ARM FE,FC 7410356 TURN SIGNAL LAMP LEAD - THROUGH FRONT FENDER SKIRTS FE,FC SP1346 HORN WIRE - THROUGH RADIATOR SUPPORT 1/4" As well as the headlamp harness sleeve these have all been sent for quotation
We are still looking for FE, FC 7409515 HORN WIRE CLAMP
I would also like a price on the rubber bumper bar flaps as long as they are RUBBER and not a urethane compound. If not a sample of those would be good
I will add the window channel rubber to the list of parts to make Les

The only horn wire clamps / clips I can think of is the one that holds the Hi Note horn wire to the radiator support panel brace as it passes over the radiator ?
Or the the horn fuse holder clamp / clip that holds it in place beside the regulator ?
Let me know if you still require an original sample of the L & R rear bar dust / dirt deflectors.
Cheers, Gary

Gary, both the items you mention are clips, not grommets. The parts book refers specifically to a grommet which has be bewildered as I can't think of what is being described. Please send the rubber flaps to Les McVeigh RSP Australia PO box 10 Mail delivery centre Somerton Vic 3062
Regards Ken

Les,
I have headlamp harness sleeves in pretty good nick for the early FE Bosch headlamps.....but the ends of the later Lucas ones are bigger I think (the end that goes into the bucket). Which ones are you intending to remanufacture?

Hi Les, I'm not sure what proportion of folk have the older Bosch set-up, best to ask someone with more insight (e.g., Ken, RET?). I'm happy to provide the samples if you need them though. Jon
