Sorry DJ ..I have no idea as to what happened with the Oxfor Street pic.........I travelled on this tramline and the Bellview Hill tramline in the 1950s, regually
.........I tried to fix it but for some reason I haven't been able to!.....Bruce

YALLINGUP 1960   South West WA




Yallingup Beach Road...same road today, but sealed

FE at the rear with at least 5 occupants.... appears to be a sedan by the shadow
Number plate UDX-765
These number plates were released in June 1956 with UDA-000 being the first private plate available

Morris Minor Ute with canopy and a board sticking way out the back. Morrie with superseded plates

FC Van in the front with 3 blokes and 3 boards

Darker colour roof and slightly darker bottom behind the wheels plus windows

This is worth a look

An Fc Standard wagon towing a caravan from Sydney to Gold coast

Poor quality...however I am sure some will like to see or reminise what it was like in 1962

In the video to Surfers Paradise at the end of the punt crossing of the Clarence River you can see the old pub to the left which is still a big landmark in Grafton.  Cool vid  Grin Grin
