Hi All, would anyone know why my dash lights would not be working, checked the globes, they are good, would it have anything to do with the headlight switch?? Thanks Impala

Is the instrument panel attached to the dash? The last time I had that issue they came on when screwed back to the rest of the dash.

The headlight switch throws up a few problems one being the dimming of the dash lights(twisting knob) the rheostat breaks therefore losing dash lights. there is a simple fix which was discussed back in 04,type in headlight switch in search and its the first topic that comes up.
hope this helps
cheers

I can not remeber wich terminal it goes to but I ran the dimmer wire to one of the terminals, the lights now come one when ever I pull the switch. I have a colour coded wiring diagram some where if I can find it I am sure I added notes to remind me next time.

Cheers Jim
