Hi Guys

I,m a bit concerned about fitting the old riveted rims to my FC. I was wondering about welding along the joints for added strength, has anyone done this or could it cause a problem that I cant see ?

Riveted rims were good enough for GT Falcons  should be good enough for a FE FC [but the other way around good enough for FC etc etc ......FC427........

why would ya weld and risk distortion when they've been fine from factory?
