Did some more digging in the National Archives and came up with a few more pics. No reproduction without permission.
Soldier settler with his family, Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area, New South Wales, 1957.

Collins St Melbourne.

Rosanna Shopping Centre Vic.

Agriculture Canberra.

Crates of Holden parts for export.

Grace Bros Bondi

Vietnam - President of Vietnam, Mr Ngo Dinh Diem visits the Australian War Memorial, Canberra, Australia, 1957.
Those Black FE's are likely to be hire cars.

This 1 doesn't show an FE or FC, but I thought it was cool.

Regards
Alex

Here's a couple more.
Car testing station at Braddon ACT. Note the license plates on the wall. I wonder if they belonged to cars they put off the road?

Canberra 66

These pics of the same cars in WA.

Premier Motors premises, Hay Street, Perth.

This 1 is not FE FC, but you gotta love these early Holden Police cars.

Sydney street scene

On the bridge

No dates on these, but the FEs look the most modern cars in shot.

In the street scene, notice the arrows to direct pedestrians on the crossings to veer left.

Cheers,
David
