Great looking car, Scotty. Photos are a bit deceptive, car looks to be blueish not grey. Distinct Mid 1959 Car > After Vic: June 1959 (by paint code), but before indicator lights went orange October 1959 Haysheds are great places for storing cars, unless there is a bush fire. Cheers, Geoff_K

Geoff, according to rego sticker it's a November car - I think it says 20th on the expiry date. If you look closely at the clear indicator it appears the orange may have faded out. Scotty will be able to tell us later if their is a globe in the lower socket.
It certainly is a great find though - that's 3 cars found in Vic in the last 4 weeks out of barns/sheds It never rains but it pours!

G'day everyone, Dean, I intend to clean it up to see what its really like. Then redo the mechanicals, brakes , ect, and get it to a roadworthy condition then put it on club rego and go criusing. I dont want to get too fussy with it otherwise it will never get finished (ask devilrod how long it takes when you start to pull too many things apart) besides, its only an FC now if it was an FE it may be a different story, he he . I'll keep everyone posted on the old BALES(oh i mean, GIRLS) progress now that i can get photos up on the forum. Stay tune for the photos of her first criuse since 1979, Cheers for now Scott

So Scotty... have you got a tractor yet to shift the Hay Bales??? When do we see some more pics without 28 years of dust? BTW - we nearly have our Ute on the road.... hope to get it registered in time for the Vic Club Weekend run to the Grampians in a month's time. Getting extractors & 2" exhaust fitted tomorrow VASS next.. Cheers, Trevor & Chris.
