Should have quite a mob from the west this year, possibly 9 FC,s and a single FE sedan making the trip. A couple also doing the Vintage Vanners thing at the Mount

;)Good morning, The BARN is a separate entity and is about 15-20 mins from Mt Gambier P.O. It has a huge function area (can hold up to 800 people). Cheers Hotlips

I have just uploaded Revision 4 of the Entry Form, the only changes are to the Itenerary.
For those that have entered already and don't want to download teh form again -
PROPOSED ITINERARY (as at 30th November 2007)
FRIDAY ENTRANT ARRIVAL.
6 pm Official welcoming.Fish and chips (+vegie patties) for all at the Quality Inn International, Princess Highway (nationals hq).
SATURDAY
10am Show’n’shine 10am-2pm At Frew Park.
Free face painting for u12’s.
2 pm Cruise from show & shine along main street, past lakes (approx 30 min run).
6pm BBQ dinner at Nationals HQ 6 pm including individual quiz night with prizes.
SUNDAY
10am Cruise to Pt Macdonnell Foreshore
Leaving from Nationals HQ at 10 am.
12noon Sports Trophy Challenge.
1pm Lunch provided.
2pm Scenic drive back to Mt. Gambier.
6pm Dinner/Dance at the barn (Trophy Presentations)
(buses provided starting at around 5pm)
(buses at end of night starting at 9.30 pm).
MONDAY
9am Delegates Meeting (delegates to be Informed where)
Sightseeing Cruises (caves, wineries etc – t.b.a.).

Hi Stinky,
I am booked in for the Nats. However my mate who is to come with me has been diagnosed with the big C. Because of this I didn't book him in. It looks like he will be ok to come but I won't know until next Thursday. I have accomodation booked booked at the Presidential.
Would it be possible to book him in for meals etc at this late stage? - his name is John Milne.
