There is an interesting article on how to build a fuel injected grey motor in the March edition of Street Rodding for anyone interested.

Is it from a mercedes ?
   A mate once told me you could adapt an early model merc  (1960's ? ) injection system to suit a grey, as the head was similar.

Appears to be made up from a mix of components - engine builder cast his own throttle bodies etc. Interesting article, not heaps of detail but covers the basics of the engine build.
