Wheres the best place to adapt an EK 2 speed wiper motor to FC wire loom, off accessories or off light switch or other?

take it off your least loaded circuit NEs, and probably a good idea not to piggybck the circuit.

lights would have high draw i would bet.

giving it a separate fuse would be the best.

The main wire to the dash from the battery goes to the BAT post on the back of the ignition and from there to the top bar on the light switch.  This bar has three positions for adding live wire feeds and is generally used for running accessories (for example the Air Chief radio is attached here).  You should use a fuse.
If you require a switched live then you need to take the feed from the IGN pole on the back of the ignition switch and this is best done by installing a simple fuse panel and running a single lead to the fuse panel and feeding from there.
