I am after a "twin-stick" Speco Shifter to suit Aussie 4 speed or any leads.

Try http://www.speco.com.au, they still list this product and the web site gives the names of the retailers in each of the states.
Hope this helps.

Their website lists them, but this is the email you get when you enquire about them.

Hi Glenn,

Speco discontinued the production of all shifters over the last 3-5 years and unfortunately we no longer have any stocks or components.

The current website does not have any direct reference to shifters but you may have connected to Speco through some out of date search engine.

Sorry that we can't help you,

Regards

Thanks Lindsay, I have one (shifter only) coming down from Qld this week, I am unsure of the condition though.
