I am after a "twin-stick" Speco Shifter to suit Aussie 4 speed or any leads.

Speco discontinued the production of all shifters over the last 3-5 years and unfortunately we no longer have any stocks or components.
 
The current website does not have any direct reference to shifters but you may have connected to Speco through some out of date search engine.
