When i had my FC Van i had a guy come out to my home that grooved my tyres and coloured the wall any colour you liked . He was from round sydney , Guildford i think , He had a tiny little van  with the machine that actually grooved your tyres whilst on the car but for the life of me i cannot remember his companies name or cannot locate his number .. perhaps his outta business , But by any chance does anybody know if hes still doing it or if anybody offers this service still in Sydney metro.. Worth a shot , !!!!!

My old man was one of the first in the country to have one of those groove machines back in the late 70's early eighties. So he said . I used to have and sit in many a Newcastle car yard with him on my visiting holidays watching him cut grooves into tires and fill them with rubber paint . Ran into a bloke a few years ago at a VW car show at Fairfield who was doing whitewalls . He was only laying on rubber paint no grooves cut in . The new age sensitive way  Grin

Looking forward to seeing pics of both these cars Slim.

I'm sure your kids have good taste, they've always been around cool cars.

Cheers
