Hi again,

My gear selector and gear lever on the gear box are worn along with the end of the rods. My question is, do these levers have rubber grommets inside the hole or should it be just metal on metal?

Thanks

Rod

They are metal on metal, so it's just a matter of welding them up and drilling or grinding as the case may be to get them in good working order again.
