For anyone interested:

The main convoy to Phillip Island for the NSW Club will be departing from:

Mobil Truck Stop
Hume Highway
Pheasants Nest

at 9.00am sharp on Wednesday 12 April

We will be meeting up with some of the ACT Club Members at Yass at approximately 11.00am, with the aim of hitting Gundagai for lunch around 1.00pm-ish.

We'll be staying overnight at Wangaratta, and pushing on for Phillip Island on Thursday morning.

Some members will be doing more or less the same thing on Thursday/Friday.

See you at the Island Grin  Only about a week to go...

cheers

Yes indeedy it is the large Mobil service station off the Hume Highway at Pheasants Nest: scene of many a departure for Nationals and other events in a southerly direction: Grey Pride, ACT AHD etc.

Sorry for making the assumption that everyone knew Uncle Leo :-/

cheers

Apparently not even I know Uncle Leo :-/  That is the name of the Truck Stop at the Cross Roads, not the one we are meeting at.  It is definitely Pheasants Nest that we depart from, not the Cross Roads.

Third time lucky...

Good luck and best wishes to all of the NSW Nationals entrants for a safe & enjoyable journey down to Pillip Island.

I trust you people can bring home the BACON  Grin but more importantly have a great time.

Cheers, Gary
