i need to know what the modifications are for putting a cellica 5 speed in a holden FE. If another type og gearbox could be recomended, that would be good.

Please post some more info about what you're considering - I've never seen a Celica box mated to a grey motor, and am not sure if there is an adaptor to suit that particular bell-housing.  If you do have a grey, then I don't think it's worth the bother, personally.
