Hey TorqueFC, some contructive criticism here - learn how to use the crop function on you picture editor, it will help you cut out all the white crap people don't really want to see.

Here's one I prepared earlier (resized too). You should be able to modify your shot and re-upload them without destroying the links.

Torque, What are your plans for this vehicle? Is it going to be a stock or modified? It would look good about a half inch from the ground to the lowest point!!!! EK is a great model, good luck with the build

hey tayz
we would love to modify it to the max, but we aint gonna as the fc already owes us tons, all we were gonna do was detail underbody, and the engine bay, then paint up all the motor custom colors, then get some stockys modified eg: get the rear rims modified out to 7 or 8 inch and up to 15 inch, then have the front rims shortend an inch and go out to 15 inch, the last thing to do: dump it 2 the ground

Good to see a young bloke into Old Holdens instead of "2 fast 2 furious" type cars.

today brought out some new ideas, the body colour is about to change to a custom color of which we already have here. actually its a long story about that paint, we had it custom made for our first ek resto, the we ended up taking that one to the tip, then it was for the flash on the fb, then that changed to being the ute color, and then it was goin on the hr, but then we changed our minds again. anywayz weather was so shit today we just cleaned up alot, tools needed sawting and sand needed sifting. over the weekend the i have sandblasted almost the whole engine bay and underneath up to the subframe area, when the weather changes this week it will be finished off. the engine bay will either be the body color:rasberry pearl, or a silver or gumb metal grey, as well as the undercarriege being gumb metal grey.
just updating the progress, (probably hard to understand as im in a hurry)
cheers torque

Torque, just cut out the b$%&^&*(^t and rstore it to original like it should be, pastel paint colours, it will look a million dollars. You need to make up your mind period what you want this car to be. Remember it is 1962 and make it look how it is meant to. Forget about polls and what so forth and make it original to the specs that YOU WANT. I am not being picky but you need to make up your mind young fella, TAYZ

yes tayz i agree with you
but we were goin to do everything completely original, but then we had the discussion that the motor would be very worked, and that the interior we have wont be really original so came to reality and said tat we didnt want this car to be that original, and we didnt want it like everyone elses cars, this is why we wanted the custom colors, and now more discussion we have had about wiring. previosly someone had chopped wiring up and there were about 6 dead ends, so we have decided to re wire the car, and also hide the wiring while we are at it.
the only reason why we wanted the undercarraige painted another color than black was because i have/will be putting much work and detail into it
cheers torque
ps:does anyone know the streetlegal height that we are aloud to lower the ek to in Victoria?
