Well I picked her up on Friday and after 16 years in the shed it took ten minutes to start her, truly amazing!!
There is a fair bit of work in her- but the engine is good as gold!
For anyone who may be interested I also came across a fairly good FC shell which still has perfect bumbers, seats, windows and stuff.
let me know if you need anything

Nick

I'm just stoked to have gotten the opportunity to do it up, The story goes something like this,(short version) My girlfriends younger friend needed some work done to her first car(Gemini) so I ended up spending three days working on it, during which I went to the shed to get some break fluid and just walked in on it. I said I would love that car to do it up, she went and spoke to her mum and she came back with the $100.00 bucks price tag.
Good Karma I guess

It's a Special Sedan, seats are beige and something else, the interior is'nt  that good, but ya never know .
The FC has been under a few trees for years, it has good seats, good bumbers a couple of wheels, body work seems ok, but no paintwork that I can see!!. I will be able to send ya heaps of photos after easter wk'end if ya can wait

Nick - what a great find !!!!!!!

Looks like the body isn't too bad as well

This is a very rare car

Can you tell us the ID plate numbers and the chassis numbers ?

Would love to see them as FE wagons are few and far between

Great find, Nick.  And you thought by working on the friend's car you'd get a bit more mileage out of the girlfriend.  Looks like you won all round   Grin

Don't email the id plate numbers to Ken - post them here so we can all see.     Smiley

Sorry Col,
It's a once in a life time car. I will be more than happy to keep ya updated on it's progress.
I'm just going to take my time and do it properly though.
