Took to the HW's GTO with the Dremel. Hood and doors are now hinged and can be opened and closed.




This is the first time I have tried this and learnt alot about hinges and clearances doing it.

wow..

nice work!

I use a dremel for various small jobs too.. but managed to burnout the variable spped switch.. anybody else encounter this.. done it 2 times now on lightweight jobs.

Hey Ed.
Yes I have experienced this. Happened within the first 6mths. Yet to have it fixed. Now have 2 speeds.....off and on.
