I purchased this 59 Special Sedan in February with the intention of restoring her.  But then came ankle biter  number one and all those good intentions went straight out the window.Cry

She is straight as a dime and has been stripped down for a new paint job (paint only part stripped).  Part of this process revealed the only rust present anywhere on her was on the front fender (rust spot is smaller that your little fingernail).  Otherwise neat as.

Engine was reconditioned (grey) about 5 years ago and has done about 30K Ks since was last registered in 98 when she was stripped down for respray by previous owner but alas his missus gave him the same ultimatum mine has given me.

Stacks of spares, still start first time every time, just needs some TLC.

Car is in Canberra (garaged) and I am looking for offers around $1900.

Having trouble posting photo's but have heaps and can email them if anyone is interested.

You can contact Chris Scullin on 0412 766 832 to have a look or get more info.

Cheers

Hey fatboy,

Sorry, the spares are mostly wheels, hubs, windows and smaller bits and pieces.  The only spare body part is a boot lid which has a small dent.

Cheers
