i,ve been offered a set of genuine nasco spats in good cond with rubbers & clips. havent seen them yet. whats their value ? how do i tell if they are original ?

Thicker metal, rubber is riveted on at the ends.  Some genuine ones have spring clips rather than rods.  The genuine spats with rods are of very solid construction
