It was a great day Les, as Alex's excellent photos show.

My wagon 'failed to proceed' after its maiden journey to last months club meeting  Tongue

Water pump seal failed, and so did the generator. Woops  Grin

I've fixed the water pump, generator needs repair, just haven't had time.

Maybe the next run............

Cheers,

Craig

Hi All

On behalf of the Canberra people, we also enjoyed the trip.  Not only was it a good run but enjoyed also due to the company.  It was really good to see so many cars out and I hope we can make this an annual get together.  Thanks also for the pics.

And Richard - please stop putting ideas in Graham's head about garaging .....

Oz-man,

No its not a Lambo, it is actually an extensively modified FC from the Canberra club.

Hey Oz Man.
Yeh, that was a Lambo Diablo. It showed up at the same place we were and I couldn't resist checking it out and snapping a few pics.
Eddie.........
Do you think you could help me get the Lambo 6ltr into the back seat.....might have to move the baby seat. What do you suggest for engine mounts.....where's that Lotto coupon I half filled out....

Great photos, Alex. I reckon it was more fun watching the bird cruising around in the Chev ute. Sounded much better too. Those Lambos sound too high strung.

Alex,

I've got some CRS chassis rails floating about. I think the instructions say they are useful for mounting other things off, ie handbrake mechanism, exhaust etc.....

I'm sure Rod could certify them for Lambo engine mounts...
