I've been thinking about doing this, but I ws planning to cut two in half and weld together.  The one you spotted looks to be made like that or the funnel removed from one and stuck on another with a second hole in it's side.  Know it's history?

if you look at photo closely you will see right funnel has been welded on instead of flanged piece like left one that has been spot welded as factory type original.
