Hi Neville,
I'm in the early stages of a ute resto myself. I have searched here looking at other restos that have been done and came across this thread:  https://forum.fefcholden.club/index.php?topic=15344.20#:~:text=Reply%20%2337%20on%3A%2023%20May%202009%2C%2020%3A00%3A59%20%C2%BB. He has replaced the original tank with an 80 litre Commodore fuel tank. May be an option unless you are keen to go back to original.

I look forward to following your build.

Hey thanks for the tip and link Jolls, VN should be easy to source. Still in the early stages of this one, took me 8 years to finish a 39 chev ute! Would like to stay original but these tanks seem to be non existant.
Neville.
