hi,
does anyone know where the standard steel rims were made, in -foundry or someone like ROH?

Rim manufacture was outsourced to ROH from HT series as far as I know Frank. Think they would have been pressed in house prior. Woodville plant had the largest presses I believe and hence why the van bodies were all made there. That would assume wagons as well but I don’t know. So I speculate rims were produced at Woodville plant.
