Sedan vs Wagon front doors

Hi All,
Restoring my first FC Wagon.

Simple question. Are the front doors on a Sedan the same as those my Special Station Sedan?

What about the rear doors while I've got you.

Front doors are the same in wagons & sedans. Rear doors have a different top window frame. 1/4 glass is square(ish) in the wagon & triangular in sedan.
