Guys can anybody tell me how to rivet the quarter windows properly.
I have new rivets but do I need a special tool to rivet them or what is the easiest way.

You should have rivets with a hole drilled in the end. One of the easiest ways to do this without a press is to get a small ball bearing (about 10 mm) and squash the ball into the rivet with a good quality G clamp making sure you have the two tabs correctly in place. I've found if you put the window frame in an old door, it holds that part steady while you have someone else hold the quarter window while you do up the clamp.  Tongue
