$1,500 seems a lot, until you think about it. 

I bought one $200, spent $200 on it so far (not counting hours of labour), still got $200 to spend on it to buy glass, rubber and paint.  So I think it's not a bad price if it has been restored by Lowline.

Sorry mine is in VIC and not for sale.
