Is there any way I can repair the pins on the back of a Special badge..Huh?
Any help appreciated...

Very carefully drill and tap and replace with a cut down bolt. There is not much metal to work with so a fine thread and bottoming drills and taps will be needed. An advantage would be having access to an engineering workshop. A gear driven pedestal drill with depth guage is handy.
