Hi all simple question I hope. How do you remove the speaker grille on the FE I have found the top nuts what holds the bottom of the grille. Just thought I'd ask before I totally pull down the dash. Thanks.

From memory if there is still a radio blanking plate, curved chrome piece at the lower edge of the speaker grille you need to undo it one screw in the centre from underneath

then carefully prise the plate out a little at a time as its held into the grille with 2 stems, if you break them & they snap off, it will be hard to re install the blanking plate

once the radio plate is removed I think there are 2 screws holding the lower grille to the dash

Hi Satch,
If you have found the two nuts right up the top you are halfway there. the two lower screws are behind the radio blanking plate on the bottom.
This blanking plate has the angle bracket on the bottom but is also held in with 2 pins that push into clips that can be quite stiff to remove.
If you want to remove completely you need to unscrew the glovebox lid as well.
Hope this helps
Cheers Stewy   Cool

Thank you Gary and Stewy great help. If the idiot holding the screw driver removed the gauges under the grille he would had noticed the radio facia bracket screw. Thanks again.
