Are there any external visual characteristics of an FE Sedan that identify it as a business or standard model?

No chrome strips anywhere around the side windows rear windows, no wings on boot badge, no gutter trim no spear moulds.

 so its a poverty pack.

There are no obvious external differences that allow you to differentiate a Standard *from* a Business Sedan, if that's what you're asking.

The interior dome-light switch mounted on the driver's side inner door pillar, and the inside door-pull handles are pretty good clues if you're able to see inside the vehicle.

cheers
