Hi Les, I would say Yes Please as most of the ones around these days are expensive to repair without alot of time and patience. I have seen some that have been rechromed and lost all of the detail on the lion. As long as they can be reproduced as a very good copy I would certainly be up for a set. Would they be just pressed steel chromed or stainless steel polished ? Always like to support the restoration of these great pieces of history Cheers Stewy

I'm with fcv85l.Would love a set to suit HT/K/G 14 inch rims although the demand would be nowhere near as high.I have enough good ones to see Black FC out.I'd pay that or more for a one off set or a short run.Having said all that I'd buy a set for 13'' as well....

No news whatsoever we never contemplated making hub caps to suit 14" rims, it also looks as if there is not a great interest in the standard size hub caps.

Hi Les, What sort of numbers are we looking for to make it viable ? We should ask at club meetings as not everyone watches the forum. Depending on the volume that needed to be made, I would of thought most of the work would be in the mould or die, once that is made they could be pressed out to order in small numbers eg.400 Just my thoughts Cheers Stewy

If we could sell say 400 then it would be viable as we could sell the other 600 over a long period as we have done with a lot of other parts, some parts take many years to get a return. Les

Thanks for that info Les, I will bring it up at the next SA club meeting next month to try and get some numbers. It would be worth doing this at all the state clubs just to get an idea since we already have a price guide per hubcap. Cheers Stewy
