The Sydney DE-LUXE RED CAB has always been the most highly priced FE FC model because of the very limited production run - more than half were rejected because of faults.
Prices go up & down but a boxed item now should bring about $250.
Next would be the grey and white FC and the Yellow cab at about $150 each.

Happy to see other's opinions on my thoughts Grin

The market works in funny ways for these models, In 1995 when the TR13D De Luxe Red Taxi Sydney was released the production run was 3500
Also in 1995 the TR13C the Silvertop Taxi Melbourne was released also with a production run of 3500.
1996 brought the TR13E Yellow Cabs Adelaide  TR13F Blue & White Cab CO.  TR13G Swan Taxis Perth and TR13H City Cabs Hobart
which all had production runs of 5000
One model should not be any rarer than another but the demand for certain models pushes up the price. All in all if you really want a particular
model you have to be prepared to pay whatever the seller wants for it,so what it is worth is what you have to pay for it.
Just some of my thoughts  Smiley
I do have all of the TR40 series FE for which has lower production numbers and to me are priceless  Smiley

Cheers Stewy   Cool

I would have thought that the silver top taxi and red and white first release would have been more sought after than the yellow cab.

When i was looking the silver top was the hardest and most expensive to get hold of.

And i think its still up there.
