You can file through Ebay for non receipt of goods - I assume you have already contacted him through Ebay? You also have the option of getting Paypal to investigate and get a refund if you think that you may never get the item. Don't hang around - file a dispute today to at least get it on record as ther eare limits to it - possibly 60 days but get moving all the same.

On that ebay item you can still ask a question to the seller. If there is no mix up about pick up or postage, send him a question about when you can expect delivery.

DON'T THINK THERE'S ENOUGH PAGES ON THE FORUM TO HANDLE ALL OUR EBAY COMPLAINTS.GOOD LUCK.CURRENTLY THERE'S A[RARE HOLDEN PEDAL -CAR ON EBAY]IN COLLECTIBLES.I EMAILED THE GUY AND ASKED HIM HOW HE CAN VERIFY IT COZ THERE'S NO ID.GET THIS.HE SAYS ,BY THE WEIGHT.SIZE AND LOTS OF RESEARCH,THATS HOW. Got some information about this seller from someone on the FJ FX forum who knows of them and decided it would be best to stop stuffing around and open a claim. Pretty sure from the info I received it's not the first time this person has done this either. Bit dissapointing as I have been on the hunt for a while but hopefuly I can at least get some cash back. See what happens..... Anyone else dealing with this person beware.
Anyone selling a speco triple carb manifold for a grey?

Hi all,
Suprise package couriered to my door during the week. Pretty happy that they finally made it.... Still haven't heard from the seller.
