Had a few hours this morning, couldn't sleep, so I put this together. There was room at the top right for some printing but I couldn't think of anything funny or witty so I went with the obvious. If anyone wants to Photoshop something more appropriate into it, be my guest. Once again Kathi, thanks for letting me use your car.

Regards

Actually, I think after seeing that - Chop Chop Chop!! - I saw that done to a Cortina over here for a promo and even the badges were changed to "Shortina" - it looked good. I am sure I have a pic somewhere....

Paul, I would love to see those pictures if you can dig them up.

Kathi, I'll take your word for it that you look like the driver of the car but is your nose really that red?  Grin

Mike any chance I could ask you a favour, If it's possible, next time you are bored could you do me a picture of a wagon from a rear quarter shot, in red with black in the flash, I'm dying to know what my wagon is going to look like from the rear as I've never seen another one painted in those colours, like this but from the back

           Thanks  Pedro

That Cortina sure would get some looks driving down the street. It seems to me that I have seen some that done to other cars over the years but I can't recall
if they were registered for the road or not. Certainly a lot of work to cut up a car like that.

Thanks for the pics Alex, totally awesome Cool Cool, thanks for the pic you sent me too Mike I understand your concerns about putting it up on the site as you don't know the owner of the car, the three different styles really gives me a good perspective of how the old girl is going to look, hadn't thought about whitewalls before but they look pretty good in that pic, gives it a more retro look, thanks again guys.

There was a shortened FB sedan on Ebay a while back and I believe it was recently sold.
It was an old build. I remember seeing it in Hot Rod mags years ago.
There was some discussion about it on the FB-EK forum recently.
Cheers, Baz.

Found the thread on the ek/fb forum but could not find the Ebay listing for the shortened FB. Too bad, could have been interesting.
