I am after a copy of the instruction & template for fitting the above heater. Does anyone have them and if so could you please scan (PDF) and send me a copy to wjaltmann@internode.on.net

I have reference that threat however does not have the actual instruction, Alex also asks if anyone has them he would appreciate a copy.

This particular instruction sheet has eluded us for ever - I think we have every other instruction sheet except for the heater.  I have never seen one nor heard of one ever in 25 years of collecting.
