Can anybody tell me if the flat area where the bolts and rubbers sit in the rear guards for holding on the bumper are parallel with the body or are they a little off parallel?  The surface on both sides of mine are not quite parallel.  From memory, without going out to look, thay are a little further in at the front than the rear.  My thoughts are that the outer ends of the bumper may have had a bit of a nudge.

To explain myself a little better I have attached a photo.  Thee question is:  The area around the bolt hole - should it be recessed like shown in the picture or should the area around the bolt hole be flat.

Hello Keith, had a look at both my cars and they are all flat. A bit of hammer and dolly work should fix yours. Cheers, Jack
