moisture bubbles

due to the large amount of rain we are expeirencing in north qld my car has developed blisters under the paint, lots of them. Is there anything I can do to stop/prevent this from getting worse?

Fred I had the same problem with the van in spots... not much you can do. I found that when the rain stopped, the bubbles disappeared, but were still slightly noticable afterwards. Trick is not to touch them and crack the paint.
Glenn resprayed the affected areas on the van, I think that this is the only solution..

i think you will find these are called humity blisters and is moisture in the undercoat . i had this happen years ago when i had a charger repainted. resulted in stripping car and repainting.

Unfortunately the only remedy is strip back and repaint. I had this happen to my ute on the roof, bonnet, tops of guards, basically all the flat areas. I sanded them all out and repainted.  How long has the car been painted?

Yep, moisture under the primer. As above its a bare metal strip and repaint.

When you get the paint off you'll see the little rust marks on the bare metal.

As Jason says when the weather dries they'll reduce a little.

I hope they reduce, they look worse than a 15 year olds acne. I can't even move the car its on stands while springs get reset and diff etc painted.

The thing that sucks is I paid for the 1st paint, and ended in doing  a  better job myself. (my opinion)
