No its not N.O.S. but it is in pretty good nick though, if you're interested i'd have a copy of the fitting instructions, otherwise theres a N.O.S one on Ebay.

For your car? Yes it would, but even the N.O.S one thats on Ebay has  pimpling in the chrome.
