If you haven't grown up by 50, you don't have to.

Ebay Item #270454097485
Nearly finished but this would have to be a record for a set of scratch plates.

Especially since I sent him a message to confirm whether they were a set and this was his response:
LR RR LF LF
This means it was not even a complete set! No RHF scratch plate.

Someone swapped or gave me a set of NOS scratch plates with the frosted centres & they were all RR
, I ended up using 2 of them on the wagon but not without a lot of fiddling
At least the seller was honest enough to point it out when asked the question but it should have been in the blurb
Just goes to show, buyer beware

Are all 4 different or are there 2 styles or what?

Paul,
Yes.
All four are different, to suit the varying shape of the door panels. You can swap the front/rear ones on each side and they sort-of fit, as Gary mentioned.
And there are two different styles, one with a frosted centre, and one plain.
cheers

You say there is a frosted centre set and a non-frosted centre set, is there a difference in what each set is worth? I have a frosted set on my FC. They came with the donor car we bought.

I don't think there's an appreciable difference in value. A complete set of the one type is obviously worth more than a mix-n-match set, but other than that, I don't think it's significant.
Never bought a set on ebay though, so wouldn't call myself an expert on the topic.
