Hey everyone,

sorry if this is in the wrong section but i figured there might be someone out there looking for it.

In my travels i've come across an original FX sedan that has been garaged for the last 10+years under a cover and only the 3rd owner.  I'll be grabbing pics/tags in the next couple of days after i bleed the brakes, flush the tank and fire up the old girl Grin

Its cream in colour with red interior and the owner assures me that it is the same as when his grandfather purchased it brand new in 49 but "thinks" that his father may of had the interior recovered at some point.

Will post up more details when i get them, if anyone has any questions reply or PM

Cheers Ben

Is it genuine 49 model?  If so what month - If you get the tag / chassis numbers I can work out.
I am interested if the right car.

Sorry guys, just going off what previous owner told me.

Either way its a complete car with LOTS of potential for someone to do a restore.

Very nice and would be great to restore.
I have one of similar vintage that has been restored to original condition.
I just love it. There should be a tag on the front passenger door pillar giving serial number.
