Hey guys, well other projects and life been life means my fe didnt really go far and now i could do with the space and also as much as i want it running just will never get around to it.

http://fefcholden.org.au/forum/index.php/topic,12554.0.html

Well its still in the same state as above, trim is out and all the parts taken off i still have plus some.
spare grill, light surrounds, oil bath filters, generator, l/h door, good boot lid, 3" blocks, speco rocker cover, speco tripple carb manifold, with carbs and hotrod scoop with inserts to fit up, spare good fuel tank, plus other bits im sure i havent listed.
Also engine runs and was rebuilt at some stage and wheel cylinders did get rebuild but are backed off as it has torana rims on so it can be moved.

Also i want to go with sale is 4x bfg radial 3" band white walls and never fitted with black powder coated rims, alone there is almost 1500.

Happy for people to come out and take a look so give me a buzz on 0402478273

Really would like to think its worth around 3000 with all the gear and would like to sell it that way if possible.

Thanks for your time and its a shame i didnt get around to it as my other girl in my life was all for it and thats rare.

Hey Ash,

Sorry to see the project go, if you posted a month earlier, I would have been onto it, but since purchased something else.

How's the torana?

Cheers

Ed

Hey ya Ed back in to them haha Yeah its a shame but im never going to get around to it and dont really have the money to pay someone to do the work for me.

Torana is still the same and im thinking of selling it too, another waste as its been five years of work.

Main reason for selling is family problems and as of a few months ago im into drifting and hurt the engine two weeks ago at oran park.

Anyways guys it seems that i may split as some want the car some want parts and i need the space so if i can lock enough people into it i will split up so let me know what you want as a sure thing.

Thanks guys,
and if you can call me and leave a message as i dont have the net at home and cant always pick up phone at work.

Hey Ash,

FWIW to let others know, the car is easily saveable or has decent parts to offer.

When i saw your post I was thinking how I could get this into my garage, but due to a recent purchase the timing is out.  Undecided

Drifting eh?  an FC on crossplies will out drift almost anything I'd reckon, you have no idea what you're missing.

Cheers

Ed

"well it has rust in both lefthand side doors thats gone up the skin and rear into the inside, alittle in drivers on inside of the door, sills both sides but doesnt look like its on the inside from under the car left isnt that bad but right is up near wheel well where the guards fold up and can hold dirt/water and its gone up into/under scuff plate alittle, bootlid along most of the lower edge, alittle in front windscreen on left side, right side of bonnet up front and has gone into second skin, floor pan in front edges next to apillers and on right side its gone into the subframe, rear 1/4s both sides on the underside and bits of surface here and there"

Thats taken from the link up top and sums it up. I have pulled all trim/seats out so you can see floors and taken to most of the car with a knot brush to see how bad rust was and in most spots i have ground back till it was clear.

From what i know for most spots you can get patch kits from rares, you could fix bonnet and boot but i found a clean boot lid and was looking for a clean bonnet to speed things up. Also needs l/h side door skins.
Otherwise talk to ed as he has seen the car in the flesh and im sure he wouldnt mind giving you and honest call on the car, to me its not bad at all and i think im asking more than fair money for it.

Also please guys if you want to ask me something give me a call after 7 most days as i dont have the net at home and cant always jump on at work.

Thanks again

Ash, I would buy this in a heartbeat but I am mid project with the Jailbar... and I cant have everything.

anyway here are some pics after it was painted.  It's been stored in a garage by Ash since then.
these photos are not as of today... but after it was painted.

Suede blue with gloss roof... i forget the names of the colours.. Breton / Elk?

good luck with the sale.

Cheers
