my car is running badly, thought it was carby, put new one on. It has a flat spot at 1000 rpm approx. Runs rough at 60kph and wont rev out. It has new points, set at a dwell of 41. HELP

How old are the plug leads Huh....could be worth a new set as one bad lead can make a flat spot or similar
