your probably to young to understand, a hubcap that has a thread on the inside, screws onto the rim, made by the speedie Company, came out as a replica 12 slotter hubcap, only it scews on, not clips on, also came out as a moon cap style as well, looking for the mooncap style as I already have the 12 slot style.
