G'day...
This is a photo and newspaper clipping that appeared in the Sun Herald (Sydney) on September 24, 1961..... Talk about a lucky escape...!! Not so for the poor old FC... :-/

Good chance that somebody top choped it and driving it around. But lucky it was a Holden & not a ford The driver would have more than a few scratches.
