Can anyone advise me on the best way to repair the floor and sills in my FC wagon. Do I replace the sills first then the floor pan or vis-a-versa.

I do the  outer sills first in-case there is any rust in the inner sills, and they need changing or repair and then you don't have to  cut and re do the welding of the floor where it joins the inners under the kick panels if you had done them first.........FC427...........

Thanks for the help. The way the rest of the floor looks I think I will be doing the inner sills and support members as well.

Good thing you brought this up Mark as I am just about to do my inner/outer sills and floor sections as well (as soon as Black FC comes back from the sand blaster).Saved me a lot of time looking although I would have done it more or less this way in any case.Some very handy hints included though.Cheers,Jamie.
