for that stuff i just use a twist knot cup brush,a wire wheel and than acid with a scourer, should take about 2.5 hours to get the headers to fresh looking metal but eye protection is a must.

Howdy all,

Just had my set of jack myers headers done, took them to the local sandblaster along with the heat proof paint i was using and he blasted and painted them for $30.......It was that easy and they came up looking fantastic......
