Hello All,

At long last I have been able to find the car of my dreams... a holden 1957 FE ute. I have been looking for a car but the wife has never let me... common story I am sure but she gave me the go ahead. It arrives in the next two weeks from queensland to perth. It was fully restored in 1992 and has been owned by the same owner for over 20 years. It is a light blue not sure of the color name but will post photos when it arrives. It has a HR front end conversion with HR brake system, hot 202 with floor shift manual, etc etc. So far I plan to fit HQ/WB disc brakes front and rear with 17 inch dragways or something simular. Not sure what to do engine wise maybe supercharge, v6 or v8. Glad to be here...

Welcome to the forum, by the sounds of it you have purchased Marks ute, I hope you get as many years of pleasure out of the old girl as he did.

Cheers jim
