May be someone can help. You all know the (small) pictures that accompany posts (to the left of the post) My question is," How do you get the little picture on the side?" like RET has himself and car and customfc has his car and so on.Can someone help.

Get your picture hosted somewhere like photbucket or tinypic, instructions are in the Real Cars section.
Then you need to modify your profile and add the link to your picture in the avatar section.
